How to Use

Sit upright, wrap cuff on your upper arm above your elbow and the tube should run down the center of your arm. Press the start button and wait for the result (Systolic-upper number, diastolic – lower number, and the pulse rate will be below). The normal Blood pressure reading is around 120/80mmhg and pulse rate is from 60 to 100 bpm.
